Bookings

Show booking section on cards using this template

When checked, visitors can book a meeting from the card. Both guest and agent receive calendar invites (.ics) by email. Guest invites send from your email when configured; otherwise from Linkd Bookings. Agent copies always come from Linkd Bookings.

Max meetings per day (per agent)

Uses company timezone. Enter 0 for unlimited. When this agent reaches the limit on a day, that day shows as fully booked on their book page.

Notice period (days)

Guests must book at least this many days ahead. Enter 0 for no minimum (e.g. 7 = one week).

Booking horizon (days)

Guests can only book within this many days from today. Enter 0 for up to one year ahead (e.g. 7 = one week).

External booking link (optional)

When set, “Book a meeting with me” opens this link (Calendly, etc.). When blank, visitors use the built-in booking page on this site.
